Do you get cravings at certain times?

Comfort eating is a such a common problem and also a very embarrassing one.

For many, they know there is an issue but who do you tell and how do you deal with it?

Why does it occur? Many things cause us to comfort eat and finding the root cause of the problem and the trigger is the key in this wide spread problem.

Some people believe that it is weak will or greed that causes the problem but from experience, research and my own many clients this is absolutely not the case and to be honest, I get rather cross when I hear this..

There is a simple way of finding the actual trigger which causes the craving and there are a number of methods in then diverting the behaviour and stopping the problem.

Emma James, Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis and TLT has been dealing with eating related issues with her clients for years and is experienced in their many forms and problems that come with them.
